Can we stop saying Singapore's suites turn into a "true double bed"? It's just not accurate and is deceiving for those who haven't flown it before. Yes, turning those two suits into one huge open space is really fun, but there is a big (and very uncomfortable) wooden divider between the two beds. It's absolutely not a double bed and you are not sleeping with anyone like at home. I just feel like all the bloggers calling it that leads to disappointment.
Perhaps it's more an indication of travel bloggers' normal domestic situation?
Not interested in the solitary confinement apartments. I prefer open cabins (e.g. Lufthansa first class) so flight attendants can easily see when I need or want something. I don’t need or want solitude.
Is it me, or does this artical not actually tell you what seats are best? I am looking for, "you should book 2a and 3b"
Wow! That wasn't my experience.. Did SYD FRA return in 1A and 2A.... Definitely more than enough scope for hours of cuddles.. I never noticed the supposed uncomfortable wooden divider you speak of. Best 4 flights ever 🙂
