The promo code isn't working for me (despite fulfilling all these requirements). I keep getting a message, "Not valid at this time."
Do I contact BA or Chase?
The BACHASE10 code is not working anymore. BA says it's a problem with Chase and Chase has no clue what BA is talking about. Nobody is able to provide a new code and meanwhile their sale runs out and you have the choice of either booking the sale OR waiting and hoping that some day in the future you'll get the 10% discount code again. Just wondering if Ben has any additional information on this? After all, Chase is advertising this benefits still and if it is not available that would be fraud, even if it's just incompetence on part of BA or Chase.
I use BACHASE10 whenever I book with BA; but like Mark I have found it not working over the past week. What is happening? I know BA have updated their website (continually, especially during the Exec Club rebrand) but I've never seen this code not work. Have written to BA but no answer so far
BAchase10 code not working for at least past 10 days. The BA sales staff at their premier gold line are useless. The Chase team has no idea what I am talking about. This is truly fraud and I keep paying the annual fee for this chase ba card.
I have seen the posts only today and the CHASEBA10 code does not work as of May 5, 2026. Wonder what is going on. I've used it several times in the past and it worked without a hitch. It's a great saving and am hopeful there are other travelers who have called in to ask. I will tomorrow into the Gold line, hopefully there will someone clued in.
