The AA Business program rollout has been awful, there are too many bugs in the system. I have been an EP for 10+ years & I now have to keep a spreadsheet to cross-check & confirm that American Advantage & AA Business post the correct Loyalty Points. I now have to track the date, from/to, ticket #, record locator, fare, awarded miles vs expected miles, awarded LPs vs expected LPs, whether the AA & AAB websites indicate AAB travel/activity before & after the flights. It has been a complete pain! Over the past 2 years I have had to make many calls trying to get the LPs fixed - especially when I have booked an Alaskan flight through AA and have my AAB number in the system. Somewhere along the line the AAB number was getting cleared out even though the ticket was booked correctly. Not a fan!

Absolute disaster of a program, starting with foreign call center reps who are beyond clueless, take zero responsibility and lie to you repeatedly. I exited the program after one year out of utter frustration, lost Loyalty Points, and being sick and tired of checking on them to ensure I got the benefits and points for me and my employees. It felt like a full time job. Just no.

yeah, mark me down as another who tried it and bailed in frustration. even just using canceled flight credits becomes a headache.

also the thing about only being able to book one traveler on an itinerary is a massive pain to manage

Thank you Vasu Raja for destroying my relationship with AA.
