Track arrival of Citi card

Track arrival of Citi card

So I applied for the Citi Premier card last Wednesday, and it still hasn’t come (although, I did get their pamphlet listing the cardmember benefits). I was hoping to use the card to buy United miles before their promotion ends next Tuesday, and was hoping I can at least track the card to get a better idea of whether or not that’s gonna happen

You could call customer service and ask if they can expedite it but might be a tough sell given the weekend.

Wont be able to track the card since banks mostly send them out thru regular mail in plain white envelopes. Generally only very premium cards (CSR, Amex Plat, Citi Prestige, etc) are sent via UPS/FedEx that can be tracked.

I downgraded my Prestige to the Premier and it took about a week and a half for it to come in.
