Broken business class seat

Broken business class seat

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi Ben

Quick question for you. We were just on a cdg to ord flight business class where my partners seat was broke. As in, wouldn’t move at all. We splurged and did a points plus miles upgrade of 25k and 350 dollars. I’m going to write and complain but I’ve always heard you should ask for compensation and be specific. What do you feel is reasonable? I’m sure this has happened to you

Might not be unreasonable to ask them to refund the either the 25k or $350 upgrade costs. Maybe even both. “Reasonable” is somewhat relative – what you consider reasonable might not be viewed the same to someone else. While a frustrating situation, please remember to be polite and courteous.
