American Vs Frontier

American Vs Frontier

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Lucky,
I returned this weekend on 6/1/2020 from a trip on American Airlines ( Yikes!) Going out I flew with Frontier and to be honest they were really very friendly, courteous, the line checking in bags was long but they got through them quickly and were polite and treated EVERYONE as Valued people and that their business was WELCOMED AT FRONTIER! The Crew was also in fine form, even in face masks, as was the ticketing agents.
( we’re all in Covid-19 days) All passengers and employees are required to wear face masks/PPE for health protection.
The attitude difference between the Frontier employees and the American airlines is such a 180° that I will Never fly with American ever again. They do not WANT TO BE IN BUSINESS!
Have you flown again with American airlines again since your 2019 bad experience with your father Lucky? And if so, was it similar to mine?
