Club JSX: New Loyalty Program With 5% Rewards, Family Pooling, And More

4

Texas-based public charter air carrier JSX has just launched its own loyalty program. It’s always cool to see new loyalty programs introduced, though I can’t say this one is anything to get too excited about, or that it’s terribly innovative.

Details of the new Club JSX loyalty program

As of July 9, 2025, JSX has launched a loyalty program, named Club JSX. Here’s how the company describes the vision behind the loyalty program:

Club JSX is a natural evolution for a brand built around radically better air travel with a Customer-first outlook and was created with a clear mission: to reward loyalty with simplicity, generosity, and real value. Whether you fly frequently or are new to JSX’s seamless hop-on service, Club JSX makes every trip more rewarding.

So, what are the benefits of Club JSX?

  • 5% future credit, whereby customers earn rewards equal to 5% of base fares, seat fees, and pet fees, in the form of future trip credits
  • Family pooling, whereby up to five people can pool their rewards, simplifying the management of family travel, and allowing for more flexibility with redemptions
  • A birthday bonus, whereby members earn bonus rewards for flights taken during their birthday month
  • Personalized offers, whereby members receive bonus accrual and special incentives, based on their individual travel habits
  • A “Give $100, Get $100” referral program, whereby members can give $100 in flights credits to first time JSX customers, and earn a $100 voucher for themselves after the referred person takes their first flight
Club JSX offers several perks for members

Joining Club JSX is free, and Rewards are valid until the last day of the 12th month following accrual, and can’t be extended. Here’s how JSX Chief Commercial Officer David Drabinsky describes this development:

“Club JSX isn’t built around gimmicks or wavering valuation. It’s built on the very same principles that continuously earn us the highest Customer satisfaction ratings in our industry: simplicity, generosity, and respect. With the launch of Club JSX, we’re doubling down on what matters most: trust, transparency, and treating our Customers like people, not points.”

My take on the new Club JSX loyalty program

It’s always nice to see a company launching a loyalty program, since you can earn extra rewards just for joining a free program.

That being said, this isn’t exactly the most creative loyalty program out there. You’re basically getting a flat 5% back, in the form of future flight credits. Perhaps this will move the needle a little in terms of passenger behavior, by encouraging some people to choose JSX if they have credits that are expiring soon, given the fairly short window for flight credits expiring.

Beyond that, though, there’s not all that much to this program, and no elite tiers. I guess that’s not too surprising, given JSX’s fairly straightforward business model, which makes it hard to offer all kinds of extra rewards.

Perhaps aside from waived premium seat fees, I don’t see a whole lot else the air carrier could offer that would add value with the introduction of elite status, without taking away from the standard experience.

One thing to keep in mind with JSX is that the company partners with JetBlue and United, so you can also earn JetBlue TrueBlue points (150-250 points per segment) or United MileagePlus miles (miles reflecting 50-100% of the distance flown) for JSX flights.

Odds are that you’ll earn more valuable rewards in absolute terms through Club JSX. It’s just a function of how frequently you fly JSX, and whether you value JSX rewards that have to be redeemed within a year, or airline points, more.

More rewards are always a good thing

Bottom line

JSX has launched a loyalty program, named Club JSX. The program is free to join, and the primary benefit is that you get 5% back in the form of rewards, which are valid for a year. There are also some other features, like family pooling, a refer-a-friend program, birthday rewards, and some personalized promotions.

If you fly JSX with any frequency, then it’s definitely worth joining. However, I don’t think this will radically change the interest in flying with the air carrier.

What do you make of the new Club JSX?

    So!
All of you U.S. based aviation experts should be able to explain to the less informed of us what this airline is all about?
    Is it worth a squirt?
From the right side of the pond, it is unknown and unlikely ever to be so without some background information from those kind enough to share their knowledge and experience.

JSX is amazing, I just wish they flew more places. They use the GA terminal so you show up 20 minutes before departure and you’re fine, no crowds, lines or TSA. Best way I could describe it is like a shared private jet, though the interiors are obviously not as nice as a real PJ. Service on board is fantastic, free starlink on board and you land at GA terminal as well so you and your bag are on the way within minutes of arrival.

Ryan, that explains much more about the service, thank you so much for your help.

Right, it is shocking they have nothing in New England. Seems like a huge miss especially in the summer.
