Marriott Mystery Points? I’ve Been Bonvoyed?!

First of all, sorry to steal your title Lucky, I really liked and resonated with it…
Anyway, back with another Marriott mishap? (If that is what to call it)
I was recently booking a stay on Marriott.com and noticed a sudden increase in my points balance. I went into the ‘My Activity’ section, only to see these mysterious points credits.

I have no idea where these came from, not only are we well out of Q4 but what does Bk mean? I guess it means ‘back’ but I haven’t made any points reservations either.
Any ideas as to what this is?

I wish I had your problem. A year worth of points seem to have disappeared from my point total. I can see the activity, but they aren’t being included in the total. On top of that I get this message displayed at the top of my account page “We’re sorry, but your points expired on 07/22/2019. Our records show no account activity for at least 24 months. If you believe we missed something, please contact customer support.” After 30 minutes on the phone and two escalations, someone finally understood that it wasn’t 7/22/19 yet.
I got the same, no clue what the Bk is. I can’t recall the last megabonus…
Same here. I’m now 1/85th of the way to a night at a category 8. Hot dog!
