Chase UR has good deals for concert tickets and preferred seating. I used Chase to purchase Hamilton tickets a few years ago and got a great deal.

Citi Premier has an entertainment category and it usually counts for that. Amex has preferred seating and pre-ticket sales that I use as well.

In terms of rewards I think the Citi Premier and Preferred both offer 2x on entertainment. Citi often has a pre-sale window as well.
