Multiple Chase United Cards

Multiple Chase United Cards

    Hey Lucky,
Used you travel services in the past and always been very happy. Quick question around United Chase cards. Dumping my Virgin America card and looking to double down on United. I have had a Chase United Card for a good 10 years (the one that is no longer offered) that gives you PQM with spend on purchases and then again on 5k in UAL purchases. My question: Can I add the Chase Explorer Lounge Card and keep the old card too?

I dont see why not, as long as you’re not stopped by the Chase 5/24 rule. You’ll just be paying both annual fees.

Not sure what you mean by Explorer Lounge card… The Explorer card does not usually come with lounge access but the United Club card (more expensive) does. Either way they both sound like different products from your original card.
