Is there a way for me to sign up for credit cards frequently without the bank cancelling my cards?

Is there a way for me to sign up for credit cards frequently without the bank cancelling my cards?

    Hi everyone,
I am a beginner in mile collecting hobby, and I am looking forward to sign up for Chase Sapphire Preferred/Reserved or other high-value credit cards with a lot of points and bonuses.
However, the problem is there a chance that I might have my cards cancelled and all my miles/points terminated if I sign up too many times or too frequently for credit cards?
Can I solve this problem by applying for Chase Sapphire Preferred, get the 80,000 points sign-up bonus, then terminating the card before the first year expires (so that I won’t have to pay the annual fee of $95), then signing up for Chase Sapphire Preferred one month later; or will doing this too much also result in me losing my points, miles, and credit cards?
    Thank you,
    Sultan Kamysbayev
