Can you clarify “3 stopovers”

Can you clarify “3 stopovers”

  1. Anonymous Guest

What is meant by “3 stopovers are permitted?” I recently found a MH biz ticket (link http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/premium-fare-deals/1861713-business-colombo-asia-australia-new-zealand-r-t-malaysia-airlines-fr-380-usd-incl.html ) and they highlight the MH routes. However, taking the maps into consideration, say I am flying from CMB and want to visit PVG, NRT & SYD. Would I have to fly CMB-KUL-PVG-KUL-NRT-KUL-SYD-KUL-CMB? The 3 stopovers being PVG, NRT, & SYD? Please help.

A stopover is where you have more than 24 hours between connections.

I’m not an expert but I suspect what you’ve laid out there would not work.

For starters, according to the post, one of the stops would have to be in KUL as you return home (to CMB).

Hopefully someone else can better clarify.
