Is there a FFP that allows you to redeem WHATEVER you want? (eg puppies, jewellery, luxury goods)

I’ve heard that it exists for some elite levels of some airline FFP and for members with super high balances…..

Members can specify the reward they would like and the airline will pay for it and allow the points to be used in exchange.

It sounds pretty amazing but I can’t figure out which airline offers it. Does anyone know?

Citi Thankyou point used to have a program like that if I remember correctly.
You specify what you want, and they’ll quote you a ridiculus amount required to get it for you. I guess it wasn’t very popular option to redeem points since I don’t think I see thay option anymore…
You probably get very poor value out of these type of redemptions, but if the airlines miles are the only thing that you have plentiful, why not I guess.
