Wesley Pruett New MemberTried to book an open jaw mixed First/Business AMS-CGK-JOG and DPS-SIN-LHR. Apparently even if you call in, despite fact they still show they are flying the 77W on the longhaul segments AND ExpertFlyer shows all 8 seats available…. GA CS still says F is not available SIN-LHR. It seems F is only available AMS-CGK and nighttime N/S CGK-AMS. Apparently GA will not let you optimize daytime R/T F flights to/from CGK/SIN. Anyone with similar experience? I can get F/B from AMS-CGK-JOG. Is there no way to get B/F from DPS-SIN-LHR (or AMS)? Are they discontinuing the 77W in favor of the A330? Thanks!

Note to self: If you can’t book it online…. don’t book it. LOL. Try dealing with GA CS over the phone. You will only do it once. LOL
