First of all. Thank you for all your tips and advice you give us…( My wife and I are going to South Africa in May on points with AA… Yes we are going on Qutar Q-Suites. Can’t wait….
I just got turned down by Capital 1 for the Credit card…..Here are the reasons given..
1 Based on your CR from Equifax, too few or no revolving accounts have a balance.
2. Based on you CR from Trans Union, there are too many new revolving accounts.
3 based on your application info, income is insufficient for requested credit…
Now the facts.Income is 45k for me and together with spouse 105k
I adhere to the 5/24 rule. ( only 3 in last 24 mo.)
House is paid for…
Hard hits 2 b4 this week.Trans Union 2017,2018..2/26/19 from Cap1 (3 total)
Equifax; 2017,2018..2/26/19 from Cap1. 2/18 from Chase…(4 Total . )
This drives me crazy. 2 hard hits and no CC….( BTW I was turned down by Chase Business this week also….)( I’ll send to info later if thats alright..
I called Cap. 1 resolution line to no avail….
I have about 30 CC accounts that I pay off every month.
The new accounts I have are
