SPG AMEX question

SPG AMEX question

  1. Anonymous Guest

I want to sign up for the SPG AMEX for the increased sign up bonus. My husband currently have gold status and since he travels for work, I would like to book our future SPG stays with his account.

I have booked SPG stays under my husband’s account last year and paid with my CSR, we just had to call representative to book the room. I was wondering if I can book the stay using his account and pay with my SPG AMEX and still qualify for the extra points I earn from having the SPG AMEX?

    Hi @Stephanie,

Sure, you can can pay for the stays however you’d like. To keep it simple, I’d recommend making him an authorized user on your card (there’s no fee for this), so he has a card in his name as well.

@Tiffany Thanks! Didn’t think of the AU option, I’ll try that 🙂
