Ritz Travel Credit if Refunded

Ritz Travel Credit if Refunded

Hi, I used my 2019 $300 Ritz Travel credit to upgrade to first class on a Delta flight that was supposed to happen in a few weeks. Given that I will not be taking that flight as a result of COVID 19, Delta has indicated that they will be refunding the “upgrade” portion of the flight to my credit card (and returning the “regular” portion of the flight as a voucher). If they refund the first class upgrade, will Chase reverse the travel credits too (given that they apply these credits manually, wasn’t sure if it was somehow “linked” in the background)? If so, do you know if there is a way to request that Delta return the upgrade portion of the flight as a voucher too (rather than refunding it)? It’s too late to use the 2019 travel credits for something else, so just wanted to better understand what is likely to happen so I don’t lose the credits. Thanks!
