Prestige 4th Night Reimbursement for Lost Credit Card
Booked a 4-night stay at W Ft. Lauderdale through Citi Prestige Concierge. [B]Non-prepaid rate[/B]. Was told to use the credit card as payment during the stay. Unfortunately, due to multiple fraudulent transactions, the credit card had to be replaced with a new account number.
This Prestige (with a different number) was used to pay for the entire stay. The stay completed on 11/27. Statement closed on 12/4. As of today, I have not seen any credit posted to my account.
Any suggestions on what’s the next step? Thanks in advance!
