New User/Best Credit Card

    Hi all,

New user to the site, love the content! Just wanted to know what the best credit card option would be for a recent college graduate that needs to worry about paying off loans, but still wants to start gaining miles for travel. Thanks!

I’d start with a no-fee card that would earn cash back to pay off the loans early. Beyond that a Chase Freedom/Freedom Unlimited could help reduce the cost of airfare when using the points to buy tickets via the Chase portal.

If you don’t have much of a credit history those free cards will also be easier to be approved for.
