New Hyatt card

New Hyatt card

would be interested in any guidance on the Hyatt card problem I am having. I signed up for the new card in mid July and have yet to be credited my 5 night tier credits. In 2 previous calls to Chase I was told be patient as it can take up to 8 weeks for the nights to appear. ( though I have heard from other card members who saw their nights in a few days) In my 3rd call today, the rep tried telling me that the the sign up bonus was really additional points and not actual tier credits.
After calling BS on that, I asked to be connected to a supervisor. After about 20 minutes of back and forth, including reading the t&cs to the supervisor, it appeared the 5 night tier credit was not on his screen and therefore was telling me this was not available. He agreed to escalate to the “Marketing dept”.
My question is has anyone else had this problem and any suggestions getting this resolved?

Goodness. Haven’t heard of this, but please keep us posted as to what happens. Hyatt’s IT has historically been horrible, but Chase should be better.
