Hyatt Credit Card email and Chase 24/5?

Hyatt Credit Card email and Chase 24/5?

  1. Anonymous Guest

Hi — I received an email from World of Hyatt inviting to apply for their credit card. There’s a ‘Apply Now’ link though no invitation code or anything like that. The fine print states that ‘This product is not available to either (i) current cardmembers of any Hyatt credit card, or (ii) previous cardmembers of any Hyatt credit card who received a new cardmember bonus within the last 24 months.’

I was wondering if this invitation bypasses Chase’s 24/5 rule or if it’s just a generic invite (i.e. 24/5 still applies)?
