I got the Chase Hyatt card two years ago, but this year I’ve been waiting for my award night for this year, which still hasn’t updated on my profile yet. Is there anything I should be doing besides calling the Hyatt?

Nope. It should have been automatic once you paid the annual fee. I’d certainly reach out to them.
