$50k-$55k spend seems unusually high to get the bonus. The current offer is 50k bonus miles after spending $4500 within the first three months.

When did you apply and did you happen to save the offer details when you applied and/or when you received the card in the mail?

It is $50k total spend – $5k within first 3 months, and another $45k within the first 6 months.

I’d call again and have another agent look into the application. I believe the 3/6 month counter starts on your date of approval, not when you get the card. Maybe you had some charges that didnt post correctly (esp for the first three months) or are still pending?
