Got an email saying that they are offering 2 extra miles per dollar spent on Uber rides until end of July. I know that AAdvantage miles have lost quite a bit of value recently but this can potentially still be a good deal. 3 miles per $1 beats the 2 UR points I’ve been getting with the CSP card.

[USER=111]@Luis[/USER], just saw this myself. Barclays has been really pushing the bonuses lately. I have a concurrent one for gas stations and a couple of other things for the second quarter.

For alternatives, don’t forget you can also earn double MR points with American Express cards.

they also sent me the letter for 15k bonus miles if I spend $500/mo for the next 3 months. Of course, this is because my annual fee is due soon and it’s their way to get customers to not cancel the card. I’m going to do it as the math basically comes out to paying less than half a cent per mile with $1500 in spend.
