Anonymous GuestMy Citi Double Cash is the only credit card I’ve ever used. Suddenly, on the “Your Rewards Details” page, it says I have $0 cash back balance. I have never redeemed cash back (or converted to TYP points) since opening the card a few years ago. However, on that page I can see nonzero cash back amounts for previous months of card ownership.
According to this page [1], rewards expire if you don’t use your card for 1 year. However, I used my card quite frequently before the pandemic, and no more infrequently than once every few months during the pandemic.
Does anyone know what’s going on? I’d be very upset if I lost my entire cash back balance as a result of whatever is happening here.
