Doordash Chase Sapphire lower fees

Doordash Chase Sapphire lower fees

  1. Theresa New Member

Not sure if anyone else has had this issue but I’ve noticed that a few items from Doordash that I’ve ordered over the last week aren’t getting the lower fees that I’m eligible for using my Chase Sapphire card (i.e. the no delivery charge and lower service charges). It was pretty clear to me because I order the same item from my favorite local restaurant a few times a week and could easily check against prior orders. Its not on all orders but about half of them. Every time I reach out to Doordash, they say I should have gotten the lower rates and apply a credit to my account. Anyway, just wanted to share this and let people know to check that you are getting the lower fees that you should get with Doordash under the Chase Sapphire card.

Also wondering if anyone else is having this issue?
