Credit Card Claim for Cancelled Vacation Tips?
Any advice on how to successfully file a claim for canceled vacation? I have trip cancellation/interruption coverage. The provider canceled the trip due to COVID. It seems the terms and conditions are focused on if the traveler is unable (medically) to travel. Note this is not a common carrier vacation, rather through a vacation provider. Thanks!
Is the vacation provider not offering to give your money back even though they cancelled?

That is correct. I do not think they have the funds available to refund everyone.
Gotcha. Ben wrote about this when COVID first really hit the fan, and I think the advice and logic still applies. Have you submitted a claim already with no luck or just starting the process now and looking for how to?

I submitted a claim via interruption/cancellation and it was denied.
Ouch. As a last resort, we tend to recommend using Elliott.org to track down a more authoritative contact at your travel provider.
