Hi Jacob. In my opinion, American provides the best options. I’ve found sticking to one carrier and building miles works best for me.

Jacob, I think you can’t beat the ability to redeem ThankYou Rewards points earned with the Citi Prestige directly towards the cost of American tickets at the rate of 1.6 cents each. That’s a pretty good return, as explained here:
