Citi Prestige 4th Night Concierge Bookings
Hey Ben and team, since there’s only a few months left to do it this way, I tried to book a Citi Prestige 4th night free reservation with the concierge over the phone today so that I could get the AARP/senior rate. What was interesting was that the concierge told me that they have a new process where they aren’t allowed to book the hotel in real time directly anymore. She took down all of my info and said she would forward it to the reservations team who would book it for me and email me a confirmation within 24-48 hours. I booked a 4th night free reservation back in January and the concierge at that time was able to book it with me over the phone so this seems to be a new process. Not sure if you’ve encountered this yet with your Prestige card?
