Citi Prestige 4th Free Night Question

Citi Prestige 4th Free Night Question

  1. baflyer2 New Member

Hello – I have an upcoming 8 night reservation at a hotel that’s eligible for the 4th night rebate. Will I get both the 4th night and the 8th night free? If I make two separate reservations at the same hotel, each with 4 nights, can I get both “end” nights of both reservations refunded? Thank you.

@baflyer2 as long as they are all consecutive nights they will count as one stay so unfortunately you would only get one night free (fourth). You could switch with another hotel after four nights to get the second night free.

I have seen anecdotal reports that even changing hotels does not work, that people are being told the hotel must be in a different city. However, if you have a travel partner with the card you could make a 4-night reservation and they could also make one. Be aware that it’s truly the 4th night that’s free, they don’t just average the cost. So if you can make that 4th night the most expensive you’ll save more money.
