Chase Biz Preferred Vs. Biz Cash

Chase Biz Preferred Vs. Biz Cash

Has it always been the case that the Biz Preferred only gives 3x bonus in the qualifying categories or is this something new? The Business Cash is still at 5x for the same categories with no annual fee.

Was wanting to downgrade my old Biz Plus with annual fee to the Biz Cash.

But now I’m curious what the break even point is in the long run for the Biz Preferred Vs. Biz Cash after factoring in the $95 annual fee for the Preferred and signup bonuses.

Never mind. Just saw Ben’s post comparing the two.

But anyone know if Chase will let those who have the Ink Plus keep it with 5x bonus going forth? I don’t spend $25k on bonus categories each year so I’m wondering if I should downgrade it to Ink Cash or apply for a new Ink Cash, then transfer those cash points to UR Reserve account.
