Best options for Canadian reward cards

Best options for Canadian reward cards

    Hi Ben,

Thanks for the great info! My partner and I are new to collecting miles but have an ambitious dream to get to South Africa in business class late 2016. Right now we have a premium aeroplan visa card and one amex gold aeroplan card and most recently the amex gold rewards card (favorite). We’ve managed to earn roughly 125k in our first year but our earnings are slowing with a lack of new cards to sign up for. Any suggestions on how a couple guys from Canada could earn 170k aeroplan in a year? Any advice would be appreciated!

Tyler, have you considered manufactured spending? That’s the process of using the credit card to buy things that can quickly be turned into cash which can then be used to pay off the credit card. Check out the Forum area of the Travel Codex blog here on Boarding Area as it’s chock full of info on the topic.
