Is this offer for the “ANA CARD U.S.A. Intro Annual Fee $0 & Earn 5,000 Extra Bonus Miles!” any good? What does the “simulation to earn 10,000 bonus miles” mean?

Earn 5K on first purchase and another 5K after $3K in purchases by 11/30/2106. Unless you fly ANA (or *A and credit to ANA) and can rack up miles you are better off getting an AMEX or SPG card that you can transfer to ANA. ANA has a great program to Japan, surcharges to other areas of Asia are high. But you can get same ANA flights on UA or Aeroplan where points are easier to come by, imo.
