Anyone have experience with Membership Rewards Points transfer to Aeroplan not posting within a few days?

I transferred 115K points (first time to Aeroplan) and it has been 3 weeks and they aren’t there. It shows that they have been removed from my membership rewards account.

@MattJ — Hmmm, they generally post within minutes! Have you called Amex to confirm the details of what account they went to?

So the end of the story is good.

When I entered my original request, they couldn’t verify the details of the Aeroplan #. Amex created a new FF# for me and sent the miles there. Went to Aeroplan website, did a forgot password with the number Amex had created and reset it.

Logged back in and Thankfully my miles were there. Very odd but it worked out.
