AMEX Plat metal cards not in UK

AMEX Plat metal cards not in UK

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi,

Wondering if you have any insight into when the UK will have Platinum metal cards? It always annoys me the difference in services offered to the US before the UK (massive signup bonus recently on SPG AMEX being another example), They had no information on when they were coming either.

I appreciate local idiosyncrasies when it comes to partner deals, but some things should be easy win for their card services marketing departments! For something this expensive and aimed at a globe-trotting, affluent audience they really should be pulling out the stops across the world with these.

Any thoughts (or contacts at AMEX Card Services we can grumble at)?

    Keep up the good work!

Are there any other cards in the UK that use metal? AmEx for forced into it in the US. I doubt they increase their costs elsewhere without something forcing their hands.
