AAdvantage Visa Infinite with Banco Popular

AAdvantage Visa Infinite with Banco Popular

I was curious if I could sign up for Banco Popular’s AAdvantage Visa Infinite card if I maintain a residence in Puerto Rico but also mainly reside in New York. This would be in addition to already having the Citi and Barclaycard AAdvantage cards.

I would think if you meet the requirements for signing up for the card you could have it in addition to the US-based cards.

Yeah but they’re not very clear on what exactly the residency requirement is. Like do I just need a local address that they can send the card too? Do I need a bank account registered there? Because my driver’s license is from NY State and that’s what I will provide them for ID. I reside in NY but I also maintain a residence there as well. I’d like to apply for it but I don’t wanna take the hit if I’ll fail on the residency part.

Ah, I see. Well for that you’d need to clarify with them.
