I’m trying to build a 2 week RTW trip and i’d like some opinions on what you guys think.

Am I getting the most out the routes I’m taking?
Are there anythings I’m missing that I can take advantage of?

This is what I have:

SQ(B) SFO-SIN(stopover)-BKK, 68000 SQ Miles
JL(B) SGN-TYO(stopover)-PVG, 25000 AS Miles
QR(F) CAN-DOH(layover)-DXB, 50000 AA Miles
VS(B) DXB-LHR(layover)-SFO 85000 DL Miles

What is your objective?
How are you getting from say BKK-SGN and PVG-CAN?
Is it flying planes or seeing these cities?

(JL: SGN-TYO-PVG won’t work. I’m sure its the same as CX where it to/from Tokyo only.) It does work, good job

Total 234K, yours is a few thousand less.

The objective of this trip more leaning towards flying planes and burning some miles I’ve collected before they deval… I’d say 70-30. but I’d still like to roam the citys and site see. I would have about 17days or so for the whole trip.

BKK-SGN and PVG-CAN in (Y) either cash or a distance based award or train. IDK yet.

0/1 night in SIN(been here before)
2 nights BKK
2 nights SGN
2 nights TYO
3 nights PVG
1 nights CAN
2 nights DXB
0/1 overnight layover LHR

I know there is only so many things I can do in the limited time I have including flying and that these might not all fit in the 17 days but the # of nights in each city can be adjusted to fit 17 days.

Sounds good. BA points are great for those short haul flights.
