Having Tiffany at Flying Blue is a huge in for us all! With Ben L and now Tiffany in these roles, the whole of points and miles is going to see giant steps forward. In retrospect the value add of having them in substantive roles is going to be so much more than we could ask or imagine! (Even better than a year of “unlimited business class saver availability”)
