I remember you flying these exact same seats on Royal Air Maroc years ago, but with TVs! Fortunately they plan on refurbishing their A330s along with 77Ws.

Philippine Airlines' A330 business class seat somehow tops the worst flat bed products out there, with nowhere to place anything and an awkward top-and-bottom layout.

To me this seems more like regional F quality in the Middle East. For example, QR does this on their DOH to DXB flights. You do get Al Safwa access and stuff, but the in flight experience is nothing crazy.
