Many years ago I was going to position in KEF-DFW with AA but that fell thru. More recent I was booked on the inaugural 787-P from DFW BNE I had my preferred seat in the first row of economy but the aircraft delivery was delayed so I bailed.

I’d also like to see some of these vloggers LOL. Throw up some gang signs in their view while they are filming.

Another point this article misses is the devaluation of partner awards that happened by integrating new programs within the AA program. I used to be able to fly from the US to Fiji for fantastic prices on FJ. Now the price is....300k or more.

This is very unfortunate, since reasonable award prices are/were the only thing giving AA any competitive advantage.

There are tells between different twin jets, doors as you mentioned, winglets, shape of the nose, horizontal and vertical stabilisers; at a distance a small twin can be mistaken for a larger one unless you see them together. Ben sometimes points them out, sometimes not. It can be fun for those who are interested, others are not.
