Capital One has been working on some cool partnerships lately, and they’ve just announced the details of their latest such partnership.

The Capital One® Savor® Cash Rewards Credit Card is already a popular card for those who like dining and entertainment, and they’ve just announced a new benefit.

Now the Savor® Cash Rewards offers 8% cash back on all Vivid Seats purchases. For those of you not familiar with Vivid Seats, it’s the world’s largest independent marketplace for tickets to live sports, concerts, and theater events.

Details of the Capital One & Vivid partnership

One of the unique bonus categories of the Capital One® Savor® Cash Rewards Credit Card is that it offers 4% cash back on entertainment, which includes things like movie theaters, plays, concerts, sporting events, tourist attractions and theme parks, aquariums and zoos, dance clubs, and more.

With this new partnership, you can earn double as much cash back when buying tickets via Vivid Seats. As of now, this partnership is valid through January 2022, though I imagine it has the potential to get extended.

There’s no registration required to take advantage of this offer. You just have to pay for your Vivid Seats purchase with the card, and you’ll automatically receive 8% cash back.

Bottom line

Admittedly this benefit from Capital One is pretty niche. However, the Capital One® Savor® Cash Rewards Credit Card already offers 4% cash back on entertainment, so it’s a card that many have who spend a lot on entertainment. To earn 8% cash back with Vivid Seats is a nice additional perk.
